GPT star in the Big Top!

Cirque du Soleil, the world famous travelling circus, brought its dramatic mix of the circus arts and street entertainment to the Trafford Centre in Manchester during February and March and GPT Waste Management were delighted to win the contract to supply the total waste management and cleaning services for the duration of the stay in the North West. This included the management of all the waste produced by the audiences over the 5 week period in Manchester, as well as the project management of the entire cleaning schedule for the show.
Andy Foreman, GPT’s National Account Executive, who managed the project, added: “Being awarded this contract was a great achievement for GPT Waste Management and confirms our ability to manage high profile, regional and national events. We are delighted to have worked so closely with Cirque du Soleil and look forward to assisting them next time they bring their ‘Big Top’ to the UK!”
